Ved l\u00f8bende at integrere indsigter og data vil WP3 s\u00e5ledes underst\u00f8tte udviklingen af <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GROW-indeks (WP1) og facilitering af MOVE<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (WP5).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>WP 4 - \u00d8konomiske analyser<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WP4 vil give en dybdeg\u00e5ende unders\u00f8gelse af effektiviteten af om- og opkvalificeringsprogrammer fra et mikro- og makroperspektiv, idet der tages h\u00f8jde for forskellige faktorer s\u00e5som individuelle tr\u00e6k, arbejdsmarkedsdynamik (f.eks. mismatch mellem f\u00e6rdigheder og cyklisk arbejdsl\u00f8shed) og tilknyttede risici (mismatch mellem uddannelse og arbejdsmarkedsbehov, begr\u00e6nset adgang og deltagelse). WP4 vil omfatte i) en empirisk metaanalyse med fokus p\u00e5 om- og opkvalificeringsprogrammer, ii) udvikling af en stokastisk livscyklusmodel, iii) anvendelse af \u00f8konometriske cost-benefit-analyser og v) udledning af implikationer for politisk redesign af om- og opkvalificeringsprogrammer som aktive arbejdsmarkedspolitikker.
