O \u00cdndice <sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GROW funcionar\u00e1 como uma ferramenta de medi\u00e7\u00e3o para a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o e segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o de grupos de utilizadores relativamente ao conte\u00fado e formato dos programas de aprendizagem. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Plataforma Modular e Vers\u00e1til para o Envolvimento e Empregabilidade (MOVE<sup>E<\/sup><\/b><b>)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 uma plataforma digital para a aprendizagem ao longo da vida com microcredenciais e formatos de aprendizagem centrados na pessoa (Objetivo 2). No MOVE<sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0, os indiv\u00edduos podem aumentar a sua empregabilidade com base no <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><sup>E<\/sup><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GROW e em previs\u00f5es de compet\u00eancias, participando em programas de compet\u00eancias concisos recomendados por um sistema apoiado por IA. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para avaliar a amplitude do impacto do \u00cdndice <sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GROW e do MOVE<sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, s\u00e3o aplicadas an\u00e1lises econom\u00e9tricas de custo-benef\u00edcio e um modelo estoc\u00e1stico de ciclo de vida (Objetivo 3). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os objetivos s\u00e3o viabilizados por um ambiente vibrante de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e inova\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 o <strong>Grassroot Living Lab<\/strong>. Experi\u00eancias de inova\u00e7\u00e3o social de ponta, investiga\u00e7\u00e3o iterativa e cocria\u00e7\u00e3o integrada com as partes interessadas validar\u00e3o as solu\u00e7\u00f5es do DIAMOND. O quadro DIAMOND para as tr\u00eas fases do percurso DIAMOND para o emprego - visionar, envolver e empregar - baseia-se em quatro propostas principais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Primeiro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os programas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, reciclagem e atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias, enquanto componentes cruciais das PAMT, devem ser centrados no ser humano, \u00e1geis, econ\u00f3micos, acess\u00edveis e adequados \u00e0 aprendizagem ao longo da vida.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Segundo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A efic\u00e1cia e a efici\u00eancia dos programas de requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o e de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias s\u00e3o determinadas pelo n\u00edvel de potencial dos indiv\u00edduos para autodeterminarem a sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o no programa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Terceiro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para al\u00e9m do seu historial profissional, o empenho e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de um indiv\u00edduo em programas de requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o e de melhoria de compet\u00eancias est\u00e3o fortemente ligados \u00e0 sua tipologia de aprendente, o que permite conhecer as suas necessidades espec\u00edficas para desenvolver formatos de aprendizagem centrados no ser humano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Quarto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O projeto DIAMOND reconhece a natureza dupla das tecnologias digitais enquanto criadoras e solucionadoras de problemas. Por um lado, os r\u00e1pidos desenvolvimentos nos sectores digital e ecol\u00f3gico aumentam as fronteiras e as barreiras educativas para diferentes vias de emprego e as PAMT associadas. Por outro lado, as tecnologias digitais permitem a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para plataformas de aprendizagem \u00e1geis e centradas no ser humano e t\u00eam o potencial de reduzir as desigualdades, permitindo a independ\u00eancia da aprendizagem (ou seja, forma\u00e7\u00e3o em linha e flexibilidade de tempo).<\/span><\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h2><b>Pacotes de trabalho (WPs)<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>WP 1 - Desenvolvimento, valida\u00e7\u00e3o e facilita\u00e7\u00e3o do <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><b>\u00cdndice GROW<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O WP1 ir\u00e1 desenvolver, validar e facilitar a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cdndice GROW (Objetivo 1 do Quadro DIAMOND na figura acima). O WP1 incluir\u00e1 principalmente: i) a sele\u00e7\u00e3o das dimens\u00f5es do empoderamento e das capacidades transformadoras com base numa revis\u00e3o sistem\u00e1tica da literatura, ii) a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cdndice GROW para classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de grupos e segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o de tipologias de alunos para apoiar os WP5 e WP6, e iii) melhoria cont\u00ednua e \u00e1gil do <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GROW Index (por exemplo, ajustamento das pondera\u00e7\u00f5es das dimens\u00f5es) com base em t\u00e9cnicas de ML para obter uma configura\u00e7\u00e3o final do <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cdndice GROW para explora\u00e7\u00e3o com base na integra\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua de conhecimentos do WP2-WP4.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>WP2 - Conhecimentos sobre as capacidades de empoderamento<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O WP2 fornecer\u00e1 uma compreens\u00e3o abrangente das capacidades de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o dos indiv\u00edduos e incluir\u00e1: i) um mapeamento abrangente dos factores e resultados relacionados com as capacidades de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de diferentes tipologias de aprendentes (por exemplo aprendente aut\u00f3nomo, aprendente social, aprendente orientado para os objectivos) utilizadas no WP5 e ii) um exame das interdepend\u00eancias entre as capacidades de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o dos indiv\u00edduos e a) as suas mentalidades de mudan\u00e7a e determina\u00e7\u00e3o\/indecis\u00e3o de carreira, b) as suas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es de abordagem e de evitamento na aprendizagem e c) o seu desempenho nas tarefas de aprendizagem (ligado ao WP6). Assim, atrav\u00e9s da integra\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua de conhecimentos e dados, o WP2 apoiar\u00e1 o desenvolvimento do<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cdndice GROW (WP1) e MOVE<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (WP5).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>WP 3 - Perspectivas sobre as capacidades de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">digitais, compet\u00eancias ecol\u00f3gicas) e incluir\u00e1, i) um mapeamento das capacidades transformadoras dos indiv\u00edduos com o objetivo de identificar as capacidades cr\u00edticas e em falta para o desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias e estrat\u00e9gias de compet\u00eancias utilizadas no WP5, ii) um mapeamento dos potenciais motores e inibidores das capacidades transformadoras, iii) um exame das interdepend\u00eancias entre as capacidades transformadoras das pessoas e os potenciais motores e inibidores, e iii) um exame das interdepend\u00eancias entre as capacidades transformadoras das pessoas e a sua probabilidade de emprego (ligado ao WP6). Assim, atrav\u00e9s da integra\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua de conhecimentos e dados, o WP3 apoiar\u00e1 o desenvolvimento do <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cdndice GROW (WP1) e a facilita\u00e7\u00e3o do MOVE<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (WP5).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>WP 4 - An\u00e1lises econ\u00f3micas<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O WP4 proporcionar\u00e1 uma an\u00e1lise aprofundada da efic\u00e1cia dos programas de requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o e melhoria de compet\u00eancias numa perspetiva micro e macro, considerando v\u00e1rios factores, como as carater\u00edsticas individuais, a din\u00e2mica do mercado de trabalho (por exemplo, inadequa\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias, desemprego c\u00edclico) e os riscos associados (inadequa\u00e7\u00e3o entre forma\u00e7\u00e3o e necessidades do mercado de trabalho, acesso e participa\u00e7\u00e3o limitados). O WP4 incluir\u00e1 i) uma meta-an\u00e1lise emp\u00edrica centrada em programas de requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o e melhoria de compet\u00eancias, ii) o desenvolvimento de um modelo estoc\u00e1stico de ciclo de vida, iii) a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de an\u00e1lises econom\u00e9tricas de custo-benef\u00edcio, e v) a deriva\u00e7\u00e3o de implica\u00e7\u00f5es para a reformula\u00e7\u00e3o de programas de requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o e melhoria de compet\u00eancias como pol\u00edticas activas do mercado de trabalho. O WP4 inter-relacionar-se-\u00e1 fortemente com os WP1 e WP5 para aferir a efic\u00e1cia e efici\u00eancia dos programas de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GROW e do MOVE<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e integrar\u00e1 os dados e os conhecimentos dos WP2-3 e WP6.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>WP 5 - Desenvolvimento, valida\u00e7\u00e3o e facilita\u00e7\u00e3o do MOVE<\/b><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O WP5 ir\u00e1 desenvolver, validar e facilitar o MOVE<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Objetivo 2 do quadro DIAMOND na figura acima). O WP5 incluir\u00e1 i) o estabelecimento e a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da plataforma nativa da nuvem, ii) repensar as microcredenciais existentes e co-desenvolver novas para aumentar as capacidades transformadoras, iii) inovar as existentes e co-desenvolver novos formatos de aprendizagem, e iv) o desenvolvimento, valida\u00e7\u00e3o e facilita\u00e7\u00e3o de um modelo de IA que suporte o ambiente de aprendizagem modular (ou seja, como sistema de recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o). O WP5 est\u00e1 em forte interdepend\u00eancia com o WP1 (para integrar o <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cdndice GROW e <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perfis GROW) e WP6 para a integra\u00e7\u00e3o das actividades de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, inova\u00e7\u00e3o e participa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>WP 6 - Laborat\u00f3rio vivo de base e experi\u00eancias de inova\u00e7\u00e3o social<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O WP6 estabelecer\u00e1 e gerir\u00e1 o Grassroot Living Lab como uma infraestrutura vibrante de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, inova\u00e7\u00e3o e envolvimento e centrar-se-\u00e1 nas experi\u00eancias de inova\u00e7\u00e3o social nas fases 2 e 3 (KER4). O WP6 conter\u00e1, <strong>i) prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do terreno<\/strong> - estabelecer um quadro comum para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o e o funcionamento do laborat\u00f3rio vivo de base, <strong>ii) prever<\/strong> - incorporar os conhecimentos preliminares dos WP1-WP3 para planear e facilitar as experi\u00eancias de inova\u00e7\u00e3o social, <strong>iii) empenhar-se<\/strong> - convite \u00e0s partes interessadas para seguirem uma abordagem de co-cria\u00e7\u00e3o nas experi\u00eancias de inova\u00e7\u00e3o social atrav\u00e9s da itera\u00e7\u00e3o e prototipagem de solu\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas pelo WP1-WP3, e iii) empregar - para uma valida\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta do <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GROW e do MOVE<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>E<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> na experi\u00eancia de inova\u00e7\u00e3o social.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>WP 7 - Difus\u00e3o, explora\u00e7\u00e3o e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os principais objectivos do WP7 s\u00e3o definir e implementar o Plano DIAMOND para a Dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o, Explora\u00e7\u00e3o e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (PDEC), incluindo i) aumentar a sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para as iniciativas e pol\u00edticas da UE, e contribuir para estas iniciativas em t\u00f3picos relevantes, fornecendo recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para a ind\u00fastria e para as pol\u00edticas relativas \u00e0s ALMPs, ii) fornecer uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o clara a todas as partes interessadas e ao p\u00fablico sobre as informa\u00e7\u00f5es e resultados do projeto dentro e fora do projeto, iii) desenvolver e manter o PDEC e iv) desenvolver ferramentas e estrat\u00e9gias adequadas para envolver as principais partes interessadas sobre o potencial do DIAMOND para fornecer ferramentas e metodologias sustent\u00e1veis para interromper o uso de programas de desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias e melhorar a empregabilidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>WP 8 - Gest\u00e3o de projectos<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todas as tarefas do WP8 ser\u00e3o realizadas durante todo o projeto. A gest\u00e3o do projeto DIAMOND est\u00e1 estruturada de forma a que as quest\u00f5es cient\u00edficas e t\u00e9cnicas sejam geridas separadamente das quest\u00f5es financeiras e administrativas. \u00c9 atribu\u00eddo pessoal qualificado \u00e0s tarefas de gest\u00e3o, de modo a que os investigadores possam dedicar toda a sua aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s actividades de IDT e de inova\u00e7\u00e3o. A gest\u00e3o \u00e9 composta por indiv\u00edduos com registos de projectos complexos e experi\u00eancia de gest\u00e3o.
