🌟 DIAMOND Consortium Meeting in Berlin – Impressions from Last Week
Last week’s DIAMOND Empower meeting in Berlin offered updates, planning, and it gave partners the chance to think together, question assumptions, and reconnect around the project’s purpose.
Across both days, the atmosphere was one of shared focus.
Teams worked side by side, comparing insights from their research and refining how the DIAMOND ecosystem will support adult learning and labour market transitions in practice.
The second day was especially interactive and practice-oriented
⇒ Morning Workshop – Mapping What Comes Next
Teams collaborated to define goals for the Living Labs and began mapping out the first wave of experiments. The session helped transform broad concepts into practical pathways for local engagement and community-driven innovation.
⇒ Afternoon Workshop – Turning Plans Into Action
Building on the morning’s work, partners developed an initial timeline for experimentation and discussed what support, coordination, and structures will be needed as the Labs begin rolling out across Europe.
The meeting closed with a renewed sense of direction, strengthened by being in the same room, learning from one another, and translating ideas into coordinated action.
