COMPREHENSIVE CAREER EMPOWERMENT INDEX (CCE)
This is a working version of DIAMOND’s empowerment capabilities as one part of the overall ᴱGROW index. The Comprehensive Career Empowerment Index (CCE) captures psychological resources and abilities that enable individuals to take control of their career-related growth and actions to enhance their success in the labor market. This index assesses career empowerment as a multidimensional construct. It goes beyond traditional measures of career satisfaction. Measured subdimensions include career identity, career development, career clarity, career exploration, career confidence, career adaptability, career-related self-control, and resilience to career stress.
Work Package 7 – Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication
D7.1 Website and social media
This deliverable presents the development and implementation of DIAMOND’s project website and official social media channels as key tools for communication and dissemination. It outlines the structure, content, and visual identity of the DIAMOND website, which serves as the central hub for project information, updates, results, and stakeholder engagement.
The deliverable also describes the project’s presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, which are used to raise awareness, share project activities and results, and engage diverse target audiences. Together, the website and social media channels support DIAMOND’s communication strategy by ensuring visibility, transparency, and accessibility of project information for stakeholders and the wider public.
D7.3 Disseminate/ communicate 1.0
This deliverable presents the first version of DIAMOND’s dissemination and communication strategy within the project’s Plan for Dissemination, Exploitation, and Communication (PDEC). It outlines how the project will raise awareness, share results, and engage stakeholders to maximize the impact of DIAMOND’s research and innovation activities.
The deliverable establishes the initial framework for DIAMOND’s outreach activities, ensuring that project results are widely communicated and accessible to relevant stakeholders while supporting collaboration, knowledge exchange, and long-term societal impact.
DIAMOND Press Release 1 - Project Launch Announcement
DIAMOND’s first international press release marked the public launch of the project and introduced its vision for strengthening the employability and labour market participation of individuals from vulnerable socio-economic backgrounds. The release presented the project’s core components, including the Employability Growth Index (ᴱGROW), the Modular and Versatile Platform for Engagement and Employability (MOVEᴱ), and the Grassroot Living Lab approach, highlighting DIAMOND’s commitment to personalised skills development, co-creation and inclusive pathways towards employment.
Press Release 2 - DIAMOND Completes First Reporting Period
DIAMOND’s second international press release presented the key achievements of the project’s first reporting period, marking its transition from strategic groundwork to tangible research and technical results. The release highlighted large-scale cross-country research involving over 1,500 participants, progress in the development and validation of the ᴱGROW Index, the establishment of its scientific employability framework, and the creation of the MOVEᴱ platform prototype. It also outlined the next phase of DIAMOND, including Social Innovation Experiments and deeper collaboration with grassroots organisations to test re- and upskilling programmes in real-world settings.
