The heart of our project is the ᴱGROW Index. We aren’t just looking at technical skills; we are mapping Empowerment Capabilities. This means looking at a person’s growth mindset, their self-efficacy, and their unique learning styles. By understanding these core human traits, we can better prepare job seekers for the Digital and Green transitions that are shaping our future.
A Personalized Roadmap: The MOVEᴱ Platform
To turn these insights into action, we are developing MOVEᴱ, a modular, AI-supported platform designed to be a personal career guide. MOVEᴱ doesn’t just suggest random courses; it uses the ᴱGROW profile to recommend tailored upskilling modules (micro-credentials) that fit an individual’s life, goals, and specific needs.
