Project “Boilerplate”

A standardized “About the Project” paragraph (100–150 words) for journalists to copy-paste.

  • ACRONYM: DIAMOND
  • Title: “Providing a Digital and Modular Ecosystem for Personalized Capabilities Development to Enhance Labour Market Participation and Employment Transition”
  • Abstract (from Cordis): Individuals from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds often face significant challenges in finding employment. The EU-funded DIAMOND project aims to support these individuals by offering tailored learning programmes designed to enhance their employability. The project will develop the Employability Growth Index (EGROW Index) to measure participants’ progress in employability, focusing on the development of digital and green skills. Furthermore, it will introduce the MOVEE platform that will provide personalised micro-credentials and diverse learning formats. To assess the impact of the EGROW Index and MOVEE, the project will employ econometric analyses and a stochastic life-cycle model. A Grassroot Living Lab will conduct social innovation experiments and co-create solutions to validate the project outcomes.
