We are thrilled to announce that the DIAMOND Empower consortium is heading to the beautiful, sunny streets of Porto, Portugal, for our next in-person meeting!
On May 26-27th, 2026, our partners will be hosted by the incredible team at Proportional Message at the Porto Innovation Hub. While these meetings are essential for the technical side of our project, our main focus remains simple: People.
Why are we meeting in person
At DIAMOND, we are working hard to build a future where everyone has a fair shot at the job market, regardless of their background or starting point. Meeting in person allows us to:
- Simplify the Journey: We are refining our digital tools, like MOVEᴱ and ᴱGROW, to ensure they are easy to use. We want your next career move to feel like a clear path forward, not an overwhelming hurdle.
- Human-Centric Solutions: By collaborating face-to-face, we can better design the “Community Innovation Hubs” (our local Grassroot Living Labs) that will provide real-world, friendly support in your neighborhood.
- Building Hope: We know that job hunting can be tough. Our goal is to ensure that through the DIAMOND platforms, every user feels supported, seen, and hopeful.
