COMPREHENSIVE CAREER EMPOWERMENT INDEX (CCE)
This is a working version of DIAMOND’s empowerment capabilities as one part of the overall ᴱGROW index. The Comprehensive Career Empowerment Index (CCE) captures psychological resources and abilities that enable individuals to take control of their career-related growth and actions to enhance their success in the labor market. This index assesses career empowerment as a multidimensional construct. It goes beyond traditional measures of career satisfaction. Measured subdimensions include career identity, career development, career clarity, career exploration, career confidence, career adaptability, career-related self-control, and resilience to career stress.
Work Package 7 – Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication
D7.1 Website and social media
This deliverable presents the development and implementation of DIAMOND’s project website and official social media channels as key tools for communication and dissemination. It outlines the structure, content, and visual identity of the DIAMOND website, which serves as the central hub for project information, updates, results, and stakeholder engagement.
The deliverable also describes the project’s presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, which are used to raise awareness, share project activities and results, and engage diverse target audiences. Together, the website and social media channels support DIAMOND’s communication strategy by ensuring visibility, transparency, and accessibility of project information for stakeholders and the wider public.
D7.3 Disseminate/ communicate 1.0
This deliverable presents the first version of DIAMOND’s dissemination and communication strategy within the project’s Plan for Dissemination, Exploitation, and Communication (PDEC). It outlines how the project will raise awareness, share results, and engage stakeholders to maximize the impact of DIAMOND’s research and innovation activities.
The deliverable establishes the initial framework for DIAMOND’s outreach activities, ensuring that project results are widely communicated and accessible to relevant stakeholders while supporting collaboration, knowledge exchange, and long-term societal impact.
